Taste the Good Life with Beer Snob

Want to liven up a party? Add a little spice to your fundraiser? Educate while you celebrate?

Create a unique experience with Will Siss, who leads beer tastings with humor and insight. Will is the author of the entertaining and informative “Beer Snob” column for the Waterbury Republican-American.

Will is adept at customizing the beer tasting experience. His presentations can focus on just about anything related to beer. Your guests can learn about ways to drink beer “properly” and enjoy beer with greater attention and pleasure. He walks audiences through the styles of beer, from refreshing lagers to exotic Belgian ales.

Above all, Will’s beer tastings are about having fun! With six years as an educator, Will knows how to work a crowd and hold an audience’s attention.

During his seven years as Beer Snob, Will has appeared on television: “Better Connecticut” (WFSB, Channel 3) with host Scot Haney, and on radio: National Public Radio’s “The Faith Middleton Show” and “The Colin McEnroe Show,” and WATR 1320-AM’s “Tom Chute and You.”

Will has led beer tastings at the Waterbury Club, Litchfield Salt Water Grille, and Nejaime’s Fine Wine & Spirits in Watertown, Conn. He has also taught beer-tasting classes through Foothills Adult & Continuing Education in Litchfield.

Will customizes his presentations to suit your needs, and can work with your chef to create a fascinating excursion through food/beer pairings.
